DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS:

Q-Can Minimeters develop a new product for customers with tooling participation?

A-Minimeters has been developing custimized new products for their customers worldwide with an option of 100% and 50% tooling cost participation.

Q- What kind of tooling Minimeters can make? Is Minimeters having design capabilities?

A-‘Minimeters’ is equipped with modern manufacturing facilities and sophisticated testing equipment and backed ably by a dynamic R&D, competent technical staff and advanced technology to ensure tooling and development of new products of international quality.

Minimeters has successfully designed & developed many new products for OEMs & Aftermarket in the recent years.

Q-Are there possibilities of carrying out any minor alterations in the existing product as per customer’s customized needs?

A-Principally, it is not possible to make any alterations in the basic design originally made. However if the customer is willing to participate in the expense for the required modification, this can be done.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY TERMS

Q- Are all deliveries made by sea?

A- Yes we normally make all deliveries by sea, unless the customer specifically demands and pays for the Air delivery.

Q-What Is your normal delivery (Lead) time for any overseas order?

A-Normally it takes us 30 to 45 days to dispatch the goods from our factory from the date of order confirmation and receipt of advance payment in our bank. Minimeters, does not stock any items. ‘FCL’ orders to complete 20’/40’ are much faster to reach our customers than ‘LCL’ orders which, inordinately get delayed at the ports.

PRICE OFFERS & SHIPPING TERMS

Q-What is the currency & terms offered by Minimeters?

A- Minimeters offers their prices in 3 of the universal currencies US Dollars, EURO & UK Pounds. The rates offered are ‘FOB’ / FOR (ex-works) basis for small orders, that is for ‘LCL’ containers & on ‘FOB’  & ‘CIF’ basis if order is for full container load.

MARKETING POLICIES

Q- How does ‘Minimeters’ market its products in the overseas markets?

A- We are making our goods mainly under our brand- ‘MINIMETER’. Our products are sold through the agents appointed in the various countries & we also export directly to the wholesaler importers.

Q-What is your minimum for quantity and value?

A- We normally accept minimum order quantity of 500 pcs per item and gross minimum value of USD 2000. However, in some exceptional cases we also accept smaller order value depending upon the items ordered. This simply means, if the items are from our regular production lot we can accept quantity of even less than 300 pcs each item.

Q- Can Minimeters offer goods in any other packaging & brand and /or in plain white boxes?

A- Yes!, if the order quantities are feasible to print a special box, we can supply the products in plain white boxes or with a customized packing design given by our customers ( but in our own brand).

However, if a customer specifically wants the goods supplied with the customers brand, or any other marking on the product, then we can do it after receitp of necessary tooling participation cost. The order quantity also has to be large enough to make this feasible.

PACKING DETAILS

Q-What is your standard Packing?

A- Our Standard packing is mostly a single piece in an individual box and then 50 to 100 such boxes in a strong export  worthy Master Carton.
